The Cumbrian
In it's fourth year, taking place on to be finalised for 2014, the event traverses some of the best cycling country in Britain, if not the world! The event starts at Dallam School on North Lancashire / Cumbrian border and takes in some of the legendary climbs of the English Lake District, with approximately 2,620 metres of climbing and over 90 miles (Long route) in distance through superb mountain scenery and is destined to become another classic sportive route appealing to Expert Sportive Riders who relish a magnificant challenge.
The Lakeland
With spectacular scenery and a taste of the southern lakes, why not try the Lakeland its the same day as its big brother the Cumbrian, to be finalised for 2014. With a few smaller hills; some thrilling descents, a meander through Grizedale Forest and the wonderful views of Lake Windermere, at 55 miles, this route is long enough to test, but gentle enough to encourage! A wonderful day out to set you up for enjoying the thrill of cycling in the English Lake District.
The Howgill Hammer
The Howgill Hammer on to be finalised for 2014 is a fabulous early season sportive with something for all cyclists. Starting at Dallam School in Milnthorpe with the Lake District in the back ground, you head out on quiet country lanes skirting the Cumbrian Mountains on the left and the Yorkshire Dales on the right.
